国内外大量实验表明,通过长期培养后获得的骨髓间充质干细胞具有非常广泛的分化潜能。然而,常用培养基含有胎牛血清(FBS),增加了病原体、异种抗原、 批间不稳定性。美国FDA正考虑禁止使用 FBS于细胞治疗。为此,Corning®成功研制了stemgro®,一种无血清、无异种蛋白、化学成分明确的人间充质干细胞培养基。Corning® Stemgro® 化学成分明确,设计用于人体骨髓间充质干细胞的zui大程度扩增。Stemgro® 化学成分明确是由于它的成分既没有化学合成,也没有重组体生产。人间充质干细胞培养基直接来源于非人体动物细胞,无异种蛋白质。Stemgro®如果用于 一定组织细胞培养瓶中无需铺板蛋白,可以节约铺板材料和铺板时间。
Corning 关于Stemgro®的测试的实验结果表明,Stemgro/CellBIND 组合中培养的MSC 细胞具有*的细胞增殖能力,和*性的成倍增长时间。因此,在较短时间内,Stemgro 可以使研究者获得更多的细胞,这对于临床研究中而言,将是的选择。
Corning® stemgro® 3335 hMSC Medium 的产品特性
1) 使用Stemgro® 培养基,配合使用CellBIND 培养板,可以不用诸如Fibronectin 等生物基质胶进行铺板操作,此款培养基也能使MSC 细胞很好的粘附并维持其日常增殖和生长。

Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) hold promise for the treatment of a wide variety of diseases. Currently, fetal bovine serum (FBS) is added to the medium to achieve expansion of hMSCs. However, concerns have been raised over animal-born pathogens, immune reactions and lot-to-lot variations caused by the undefined nature of FBS. To address these issues, StemRD has developed Stemgro®, a chemically-defined, serum-free and xeno-free medium for the expansion of hMSCs.
The Stemgro® Chemically Defined MSC Medium (for simplicity, referred to as “Stemgro” in this document) has been designed for the maximum expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from bone marrow, cord blood, or adipose tissue. Stemgro® is chemically defined as its components are either chemically synthesized, recombinantly produced and purified. It can be considered xeno-free as none of its ingredients are directly derived from non-human animals. Stemgro® further offers the convenience of no plate-coating if used with certain tissue culture vessels (see below), saving cost of coating materials and time needed for coating. This product has the potential of proliferation and differentiation of good, can differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, chondrocytes.
